Kaleb, Have you checked that you have the latest updates for Win7 before you try to do the upgrade? Also, it may be that you are upgrading from an Ultimate version, which is possible, but again, it should end up as Win10 Pro. I've only upgraded from Win7 Pro 64-bit to Win10 Pro 64-bit and that has worked great on several PCs. -R written on a 13 year old Dell Vostro that has always run Windows.
