Search for a replacement pump, buy and replace the pump..
Motor starts and runs, so most likely is OK...

Pump alone should be much less than a new washer.  Once pump is removed,
you should be able to run the engine, sans pump... if it runs OK... it is
good.

"Sealed for life" means.... you can't add oil until it breaks and we sell
you a new one... great marketing plan?  Not for guys like us who actually
fix things...

Check the pump, it should have a drain port for oil.. or a fill port for
oil.. Washer pumps typically use synthetic single grade oil... like a 30
wt....  when you take it off... turn it over by hand to feel for "stuck
parts" and look for the factory fill port... If you left water in the pump
over winter... it may be the pistons etc are rusted up.... replace with new
pump...
