I can’t speak for spring perch issues, but if you get the VIN a dealer can tell 
you if the harmonic balancer has been replaced.

If the underside isn’t rusty, it looks like a really nice example for the 
money. I like to look at things like the instrument cluster to see how dirty 
they are, as it’s an area that people rarely clean. This one is very clean.
