I looked at the crunched fender. Without a doubt, I could restore that fender. It would require using the right application of skill and experience, as well as hammer, dollies, and my english wheels. But, the metal is good, it will take being moved back to where it should be.
The question not answered in the posting is, how long since it ran, and are all the engine parts there? Notice the steering wheel is not cracked?
