With all the draconian mandates and the plague of rats/tattles, there should be 
absolutely no infections because everybody is masked up.  Only place you could 
be infected would be your own home, except if the mandates demands you mask 
while in your own property boundaries as well.

Anchorage mayor stand-in is a mask nazi herself.  Oddly, she took a tranche of 
tests (three negatives before the desired positive) then decided to exile at 
home with her MD wife.  Must have been the wife stepped out?  Banged a nurse?
