My wife, a generally moderate sensible person, lives and breathes social media. I have been recently accused by her of being a racist, and she was brought to tears, multiple times, by the fear that Trump would be re-elected. WTF? I don't need any more than that to know that I NEVER want anything to do with social media. That shit rots your brain.
