Than waiting to be seated at a BBQ restaurant, then get seated and order your food and they say they are out of the 2 things you ordered, brisket and ribs. They do have a good selection of other meats available which would be the pulled pork and smoked turkey. Wtf? They should disclose this before making you wait. This is just some chain place in Memphis though. I normally try to hit some real bbq places while here but this is what was close to the hotel.
