No longer has bearings, it's just the arm with a steel sleeve inserted, and then it rotates a big metal pin. Weird. As far as I can tell, one cannot purchase this as a kit or assembly, the arm, the pulley wheel, and the pin are all sold separately.
I'm going to try to tackle this job later today or maybe tomorrow, as the arm has become cock-eyed and is making a horrible shrieking noise.
