If you're in a rural area with no cable/fiber options, it might be worth it. I think it's still to be proven how well Starlink performs once it's fully subscribed, but it should almost certainly be better if your alternative is "satellite" internet such as Dish/DirecTV.
It's $240/yr more (plus 500 more the first year) so another question is how much do you need fast internet? 100Mb service is (should be) plenty good for most household use unless you have several users doing a lot of downloading or streaming, asuming you are actually getting that speed. I just ran a speedtest and I'm getting ~120 Mb down/10Mb up on my desktop computer with Comcast Xfinity.
