Not impressed with your schematic. The relay (? defrost timer?) is drawn in a somewhat non-standard, and certainly confusing manner. Also, the skinny terminal on the compressor outlet is supposed to be the 'hot' side, usually black (versus white).
The evap fans have to run together.
