So I placed a $1,400 lumber order today with Lowes, to be delivered to my house.

An hour or so later I realized I needed to add a few more 2x8 boards.

There is no way to change or add items to an order that's already been placed 
for delivery. The only option is to reschedule the delivery date/time.

I had to go to the store to return something else, and customer service told me 
they cannot change anythingm, and to submit another order for the additional 
items. So I get home and start to do that, but the website then wants to charge 
another $79 delivery fee.

I'm going to call them tomorrow when the weekend crew isn't working and see if 
they can't take care of this. If not, that's ridiculous.
