No, you only have to purchase the correct connectors. The NA-spec lights use a four-pin connector, but the euro lights want a six-pin connector (plug).
However, the lights will work fine using your existing harness. You just have to swap the connectors and reconfigure the layout of the pins inside the bigger connector plug (leaving some of the ports empty). There is a guy on eBay who sells the plugs, or I am sure Rusty will be happy to look them up and sell you a set. E-mail me off-list and I'll send you a pic of the correct pin layout.
