Going to take a shot here my guess is the C230 is the same body as the C280, but with the same 2.3 DOHC 4 thats in the SLK 230 Kompressor. Except that is not supercharged so reliability should be much better. Don't know what maint. costs would be, but mileage should be around low 20's for city to low to mid 30's on the highway.
