Thanks . the pump was replaced last year ,but not the relay. I will recheck
the current draw.replace the relay.

Very typical of a bad fuel pump relay that is so bad it loses contact
completely. Eventually it won't start up for a while, then won't ever
until replaced.
Check current draw on fuel pump as well, since a bad pump will cause
the relay to fail.
Ignition failures on these cars is very rare.
