Or that you aren't getting full travel due to air in the hydraulics or the travel stop on the slave cylinder being pushed out of the way. There's a black plastic cap on the slave cylinder that keeps the throwout bearing up against the pressure plate when the pedal is released. You can remove the clutch cover and shove the cap up against the throwout bearing, see if that makes a difference.
