Well, remember, a two-cycle has twice the power strokes per rev of a four-cycle, so a 3-cylinder two-cycle should run a lot like a four-cycle V6. I've never driven a two-cycle car but I'm curious. Two-cycle diesels used to be common in big trucks and are still used (on a massive scale) in ships.
