I'm betting even a used 4Matic will put you over the 20K limit. Besides they 
don't have the ground clearance that the Audi has

Casey - OK, you didn't mention a spending cap.  So how about looking over 
4Matic used M-Bs?  The StarMark site (under MBUSA) might surprise you....
After all, there's nothing as safe to have your Significant Other in than an 
M-B!

(its a shame that we can't tap into the used ML 270 CDI market - those have 
been out for enough years in the rest of the world that they should be 
affordable, just not in the USA)
