Probably won't hurt, but it also won't do much of anything. Worst case it will cause ash buildup in the prechambers.

Buy some biodiesel, it smokes less, and there isn't a performance or milage hit at B5 or B10. May cause early failure of things like fuel lines and overflow hoses, but the new ones are resistant.
