HOA's are a crock of shit, dont put yourself in that position... There are a lot of nice neighborhoods where people work on cars AND mow the lawn and keep things tidy without some anal-retentive power-tripper trying to crack down...
Or do what one of my Mog friends did: when the neighbors started complaining about the mog he ran for "presidente" of the HOA and won.
