I think almost any car made in the past 10-15 years will easily run to over
200.000K given reasonable service.  Lots of friends have Japanese cars and
swear by them, even thought they have had their share of problems too. Only
difference being, an new alternator for a Toyota usually costs a lot more
than a new one for a Chev.
