Hi Pierre-Yves,
I quite agree that it makes sense to separate topics that are mostly
interesting to active developers from reaching out to users. Other
than that, I think that the size of the sprint should be dependent
primarily on how many people want to and are able to come, and the
availability of suitable gathering places. Of course, more people are
likely to attend if there is more time to plan ahead.
In case my initial message was unclear : I do not mean that we should
constraint the sprint size, I just expect that fewer people will turn up
to discussion topic like bugtracker and packaging especially if we don't
do a large effort to reach out. If 200 peoples spontaneously attend a
print focused on the project tooling I would be quite happy.
In addition, I don't expect the sprint discussion to be restricted on
its primary goal, but that give things an overall direction.
I can offer an office in which 10 people fit comfortably in one room
and more space if needed. It is located in Leipzig, Germany and is
available short-term or long-term for up to about one week.
Thanks ! Is their any period in July where it is unavailable?
