I've uploaded a fix for this. Now it only shows repositories that can
be administered in the repo view.

We're no SSH plug-in, so if you want to use ssh, you gotta have a
working setup. We only *use* the ssh tunnel, we don't create or
administer it.

You don't have to add it to your .hgrc. Please read-up about ssh on
bitbucket.org or Mercurial's wiki - this is really nothing, the plug-
in is dealing with. We only tell hg to use ssh, nothing more. HG
assumes ssh is set up correctly - as we do.

You don't have to. There's a preference option where you can choose
the path. Although I don't know whether sign will work on windows, as
it relies on gpg-agent to ask for the password as passing the password
through didn't work :(.
