Hi, A couple of days ago, I've brought all my systems (local machines and servers, whether Windows or Linux) up to date with the most recent Mercurial version (4.0.1). This gave me the opportunity to compare the list of commands currently offered by Mercurial with those defined in the MercurialEclipse source code.
Unsurprisingly, the lists are not in sync: we still have several commands in the code that are now deprecated and of course, several hg commands are not supported in the plugin. How relevant would each command be in a graphical interface remains to be determined. Here is what I've identified (unless specified, these commands are to added): - archive - bundle - config - files - forget - grep - help - init - locate (deprecated) - paths - parents (deprecated) - rollback (deprecated) - serve - summary - unbundle - verify What I expect to be doing in the next weeks, apart from my currently scheduled issues (437, 470, 282 and possibly 381), is to start tackling this list. I believe this needs to be done or at some point, the plugin will become just as painful to use or irrelevant as Opera 12 is today. However, the task will likely be daunting so I'm calling for more help, for other devs to join the maintenance effort. Cheers, -Amenel. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MercurialEclipse" group.
