Greetings,

As discussed with John a few weeks ago, my contribution to this project
over the past two years has led me to stepping up as maintainer. I'm
sending this message to request past admins and maintainers to share any
information useful for whatever platform or service MercurialEclipse is
registered on. For instance, I don't know who has admin rights on BitBucket
(Bastian ?).

A few weeks ago, I have requested that OpenHub update the stats on both
MercurialEclipse and JavaHg, which hadn't been updated for many months. But
there may be other platforms/services that current members do not know of.

I have created a Trello board <https://trello.com/b/81EHwL5c> to track the
status of the maintenance work that I do on this project.

Just like with JavaHg, I have great ambitions:

   - Bringing the project closer to completeness with regards to the set of
Mercurial commands, if that makes sense for each individual command.
   - Making the source code more uniform.
   - Fixing (or trying to do so) the über bug, #381.
   - Expanding the test framework so as to bring more stability across
   releases.
   - Making the involvement of other contributors easier, as updating the
Readme file doesn't seem to have done much to that effect.
   - *Finding additional contributors*, i.e. not just me.
   - Overall, keeping the project on top of its foundations, and keeping it
   relevant.

My current work on open-source projects is at a slower speed due to
spending time looking for a job/contract, but it's a temporary situation.

Regards,

-Amenel.
