Have you run the command? What does it output? In what folder did you
actually run it? Is the hg executable on the system path? What OS are you
using? What are your versions of hg and Java?

There are many questions that can arise depending on you specific scenario.
But at this point, I can't guide you.

I suggest you open a bug report on our space at bitbucket.org with all
information describing your specific setup. I'll take it from there.
