We created a clone of just a single branch in our repo by specifying the
branch name on the clone screen:

But when we do a pull, it pulls everything from including other branches.
We tried setting this option in Preferences:

but it doesn't seem to have any effect, or at least no affect that we can
see.
How can we get it to only pull one branch.
Is there any documentation for all the various options and settings?
