Hello, I am working on a .Net application using QTP. A pop-up window opens when we click on a link, when i am recording the script, it opens the pop-up window normally and there is no problem in recognizing the objects on pop-up window. after i validate the form on pop-up window, i close the window and continue recording in the original browser. Everything is fine while recording.
But, when i am running the script, the pop-up window opens in the same browser, after validation, the close button on pop-up window trying to close but the browser is trying to close since the pop-up displays on browser. my script fails due to this. Can somebody help me in avoiding the display of pop-up window in the same browser?
