Hi,
It seems the pop-up window is overlaping with your application at run
time(pls correct me if iam wrong)
If that is the scenario ,the solution can approach the below steps:
->Record the objects from the pop-up window(ex:if you required to click
the cancel button,record the cancel object properties)
->Open the OR
->cut and past the Object which you recorded to Browser->Page-> objects.
and now your script should follow this
Browser("...").Page("....").webButton("cancel").click (suppose the object
from the page is "Cancel")
