Hi Praveena,

Using Recovery scenario you can disable the particular pop-up with
particular text.

Go to resource->recovery scenario manager

Create recovery scenario for pop-up event and then you can record the
particular pop-up that occurs.

You can take action (you can specify different  keyboard event ) what ever
you need.

You can take QTP help for more understanding of recovery scenario manger
