I've got the same issue. Is it possible to automate this process?

For example by recording the following steps on the real machine
(host):
- run VMware workstation
- run a VM (guest)
- run a QTP script inside the VM (call it by parameter or something
similiar, no absolut positions)

The QTP script has been recorded before inside the VM where QTP is
installed, too.

After processing the script go back to the real machine (host) and do
the same with further VMs.

Has anybody done something like this before?
