Hi Pooja, If it is a web application , Then QTP never fails to Identify Objects Because now it is very matured Functional too,
Now for your problem : ask your Senior who is Handling the Object identification script , and ask following questions 1. for that particular object Is he / she has made any changes in default identification process 2. Ask developer which kind of object is this (generaly most of objects are web /html) but some times we can embed other object so for that we need spl. addins 3. For web objects with the help of D.P we can get each and every coordinate identified , so your question is irrelivent now.
