Does anyone has a code snippet that gets the value of a web Element
and compares with the date of the year to verifies whether it is in
Day light savings time or Standard time and sends out pass / fail
message to results?

For example: for Central time zone from November 1st 2009 to March 13
2010 it should display CST(Central Standard time) , but from March 14,
2010 to November 6th, 2010 it should show CDT (Central Day light time)

Much appreciated
