Hi,

My team was facing this issue in one of the machine.

This issue was happening because of difference in integrity level of QTP
and Internet Explorer on the specific machine. I think It is not possible
to change the integrity of internet explorer due to security concerns.

To resolve this we need to open internet explorer via QTP once using
Systemutil.Run "iexplore.exe".

After that recording should work.
