1. Test Cases which are regression tests, which are tedious in manual testing, which has multiple conditions to test, which has highest business priority which will take less time to maintain in future
2. Test cases which needs to run with every build, test cases which has highest business priority, I also include test cases which covers most of the essential functionalists 3. same as above 4. which most important to business In most of the cases, test cases which are more essential for business and critical to system are regression test but you can include other criteria based on application, budget and time.
