you can capture this with one table cells and filter the numeric
value through split function. follow this code
Set myp=browser("name:=Mortgage Calculator.*").page("title:=Mortgage
Calculator.*")
a=myp.webelement("outertext:=.*Monthly Payment","html
tag:=TD","innerhtml:=<H3>.*</H3>Monthly
Payment","index:=0").GetROProperty("innertext")
msgbox a
a=split(a, " ")
msgbox a(0)
