No able to recongnize object with the below code

Calculator").WebEdit("html tag:=INPUT","name:=param[homevalue]").Set
"3000"
Cannot identify the object "[ WebEdit ]" (of class WebEdit). Verify
that this object's properties match an object currently displayed in
your application.
