It is possible. There are different approach to implement QC-QTP integration. Simplest is - 1. store all resource file (.vbs, .tsr, script) on QC. 2. Write a function which downloads all resource file from QC & store it on local drive 3. Write a upload function which uploads Test Execution result file to QC
