Yes, I see that now, I hadn't typed any tags that started with the few
shortened shortcuts I use :-)
I would call it a bug, though. Ctrl+r in particular was causing me a lot of
pain (literally). How hard would it be to change this behaviour so that when
the writable tags area is focused these shortcuts don't apply? I think one
would finish writing a tag before laying out a new road/node/whatever, can't
think of any reason not to.
