I know, but it kept crashing on me (maybe my system only) so I reverted to
the tech preview which was rock-solid re stability (but was light on
functionality, IDE-wise).

As a workaround, note that installing KDE for windows (
http://windows.kde.org) as "Package manager" (i.e. developer) - "mingw" also
allow to install the required libs and includes...
