I was working on a part of Adelaide, with suburb boundaries, postcode
boundaries and other relations so that the map is crammed with lines, and
there are always one or two which are being 'hovered over'.
Most of the admin boundaries run along roads, and a major intersection can
belong in many different relations
eg Glynde Corner -34.8895 138.6565 seems to have 7 associated with it,
especially as one mapper has been very generous with their use.
