Unfortunately the new version DOES NOT WORK AT ALL (on windows XP). It loads data & background all right, but as soon as I try to drag a node, it freezes and can only be shut down forcibly. I also noticed that I had to click about 20 pixels beside the node to activate it. I have tested the last few svn versions and they have been working (although the very last one was terribly slow in editing, it felt like stirring sirup). Sorry for the bad news. May I suggest yet another time to reinstall the download link to V0.13.2. at the download page. This version was a milestone in reliability and should be labelled as the last "stable production version" to my opinion. At a large user a few days ago meeting I said that I prefer merkaartor over JOSM and everyone looked at me like crazy. Obviously nobody at that meeting has ever been able to test a stable version.
