He decided against blocking anything out (since it is a public record after
all).  That was his call, not mine...I would've blacked out the personal
info.  But then again, once you start censoring, where do you stop?

On a side note, I'm amazed at how prevalant use of American SSN's has
become.  What was once an ID number used solely to track social security
payments is now a de-facto standard ID number for all American's, even
though the original wording in Social Security Act *specifically* forbade
such use of the number.

Odd that.  FWIW, anyone can refuse to give their SSN for purposes of
identification, though you may be denied services as a result.  Such a
strange thing.
