It will probably help everything else, and prevent gimps from triggering
excess swapping. GIMPS only uses about 4MB 'working set' but if your machine
doesn't have enough memory for whatever ELSE you are using the computer for,
GIMPS will cause a lot of swapping.

If you had to ask this, its probably 'not'. Dual processors are almost
exclusively used for servers. Windows95/98 won't even USE a 2nd processor,
you would have to be running Windows/NT or a multiprocessor version of Unix.
