As I have the same problem, some hints:

I have a dual P700 (MSI 694D motherboard, PC133 RAM).
running Prime twice, I get .340 (at 12xxxxxx), running only one copy, I get
270.

If the second Prime is set for factoring, the first copy still tests at
270.

My conclusion is, that it's not a Win2K or something else bug, its rather
the limited memory througput, which prevents 2 copies two do twice the
work, that on CPU would do alone.
