I also thought 15W are are to much, but i measured the power consumption with an 
energy monitor that measures the real power consumption in W and not only VA, so i 
don't think it's an error in the measurement.
I guess some Watts add to the CPU-consumption, because the efficiency of the power 
supply is far below 100% when there is a huge demand of 5V-power creating some more 
loss there.

Hmmm. The PSU fan is thermal controlled. Perhaps is uses about 1W more when Prime95 is 
running... not sure...
