I was delighted to see a new version (post v.18!) of the Mersenne software for
OS/2 (we OS/2 folk had to run v.18, and people who run v.18 don't get no
respect) so I downloaded it, but it wanted a file called TCPIP32. Does anyone
know what that is or where to find it?
