An update from Zoid:  He disabled the polygon offset calls in Q3
and it ran fast and looked correct using Mesa 3.0.

He's going to look into it more but it appears that if we were
to ignore polygon offset in the Glide driver we might be OK.

This clearly isn't a perfect solution but since we're all busy
that may be good enought for now.
