[Mesa-dev] Dead lock on CVS server?

I've been trying to commit some stuff to CVS since last night, but I'm
getting:

cvs server: [04:20:13] waiting for cvs's lock in /cvs/mesa3d/src

which would normally indicate someone else was writing to the
repository.  But this has been going on for at least 8 hours.  Does
anyone know what's happening?
