The Q2 multitexte implementation sucks, and at low res it can actually
be a
performance loss.  It state changes on every polygon, which worked ok on

the 3dfx minidriver, but is a Bad Thing on the full featured ICD's.  I
don't forsee having the time to go back and change it, though.
