I've been thinking...

If we've renamed libMesaGL.so to libGL.so, shouldn't we also adopt the .so
numbering that is expected for libGL, ie. libGL.so.1.2 (instead of
libGL.so.3.1.2)?

We would still have a single digit for the mesa version...
